ANCHOR POWER! YEAH MAN~!

it's been the 5th day back from NUS ARTS CAMP 2009!
im still in the CAMP HIGH MODE very randomly at work...ask mag about this. :P
u noe..work is so tiring that u needa self-high to keep urself awake? but usually u get the -.-''' response and u go back low mode again. and leave urself vulnerable to the Zzzz monsterS !!! >.<

anyways,ARTS CAMP 2009 was FUN! or should i say, it got more fun each day! :D
i was in A(arsberg=carlsberg w/o the C) house OG1-ANCHOR! and we are YELLOW!

1st day was mainly station games in school after the ice-breakers..
ice breakers were damn high alr. that was when we played the Fastfood chain,MRT (and i was OUTRAM PARK!) and learnt the AYE AYE SAPULEH cheer!
The MRT game was fun though it helped us to remember each other by our stations better than by our real name. EVEN THE OGL CALLED ONE OF US BY THE MRT STATION cos she couldnt rmb the real name. LOL! :D
station games on the first day was so-so..running around crazily. cheering to earn power-ups..getting wet and smelly! xD
1st NIGHT GAMES was SPEED-DATING.
where the girls formed an inner circle surrounded by guys on the outer circle..
then u talk to the guy opposite u for 5mins. time's up and the guys shift 2 spaces and we meet a new partner!
it was......awkward? but ltr u realise OH WELL,u just keep talking abt the same stuff..trying to avoid any awkward silence was toughest. HAHA! but later,we realise that 5mins passed so quickly. cos u talk halfway and TIME's UP! ^^
after everything,we were briefed about some activity called SECRET PAL.
all of us are assigned to an opposite sex from another house. and we are all given a secret name. there were fork&spoon...dou jiang & you tiao...hip&hop...basically anything that comes in pairs!
and mine was Mr BIG and im Carrie--from Sex in the city? then we had to write a "love letter" to our SP on the first night.
oh and we had prata for supper! when we went back to hostel,it was ard 1am. waited to bathe..dry hair..and finally entered lala-land at 2plus. (~.~)zzzz....

1st day in camp was damn uncomfortable and i miss my colleagues and friends so much! prolly cos im really too used to seeing them everyday,eat with them,laugh with them and bla bla bla...
i must say i really appreciate their care & concern for me. a simple sms to ask me to enjoy and take care really warmed my heart and made my day! (^.^)v
REALLY LOVE THEM LOADS MANN!!
